Я — Ольга Бизина, индивидуальный тренер по женским стрижкам с 27-летним опытом.

С 2012 по 2023 год я занимала должность креативного директора школы стилистов «Персона», где обучала мастеров по всей России и за её пределами, включая Израиль, Корею и Китай. За эти годы я создала авторские курсы по женским стрижкам и работе с коллекциями, а также программу «от идеи до публикации» для стилистов и имиджмейкеров.

Мой профессиональный путь был тесно связан с Vidal Sassoon Academy.
За время работы с Персона Академией работала на одной сцене и перенимала лучшие практики от таких преподавателей, как

• Anna Eshwood (единственный русскоязычный тренер Sassoon Academy)
• Christiano Lanza (колорист компании Sassoon Academy, разработавший своё приложение по обучению для iPhone)
• Mazella & Palmer (создавала стрижки для всех курсов в Москве по колористике Faye Turner)
• Uwe Breuer (работал в Sassoon Academy 23 года)
• Stacey Broughton (преподаватель Sassoon Academy 47 лет.

Я совмещаю преподавание с активной работой в салоне, так как убеждена: научить можно только тому, что ты делаешь каждый день. Это позволяет мне быть в курсе актуальных трендов и новых техник, а также понимать, что важно для каждого клиента.

Мои ученики открывают свои академии в разных уголках России и мира. Многие из них работают с топовыми брендами, участвуют в международных проектах и добиваются значительных успехов. Клиенты доверяют мне на протяжении десятилетий. Многие из них остаются со мной более 20 лет, потому что я помогаю им изменять образ и находить свою индивидуальность.

Я всегда нацелена на результат, и мои методы работы дают стабильный эффект. Сегодня я продолжаю проводить индивидуальные и корпоративные обучения, гастролирую с авторскими курсами по всей России и, конечно, продолжаю работать с клиентами, помогая им раскрывать их стиль и образ.
